Pembimbing : Jasman -- The purpose of this research is to find out the effect between Corporate Governance (CG) on overall sustainability disclosure of infrastructure, utilities & transportation industry sector for period 2014-2018 from IDX. This research use data from 2014-2018 with sample of 46 companies. The data analysis method used is panel data regression. The research engaged by using EViews 9 as a software of data processing. The data is taken from secondary data, i.e. academic journals, internet and other source. Based on the result, there are four findings in this research. Board size is negatively and insignificantly correlated with dimensions of sustainability reporting. Board independence is positively and significantly correlated with dimension of sustainability reporting. Women on board is positively but insignificantly correlated with the dimension of sustainability reporting. The existence of CSR committee is positively and significantly correlated with dimension of sustainability reporting.
