The purpose of this study is to formulate appropiate competetive strategy Institute Of Finance Banking and Information Asia (ABFI Institute) Perbanas. This research is qualitative descripitive aimed to observe the state of external and internal environment. Data collected by using primary data sources; literature of books, journals, legislation, documentation, photographs and recordings. Deepening is knowing that the phenomenon occurs by analyzing the external and internal factors analysis tools external factor evaluation matrix (EFE Matrix) and internal evaluation matriz (IFE Matrix).
