This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, training, and career development on employee performance at RSAB Harapan Kita. The method used in this study used a random questionnaire to employees at RSAB Harapan Kita. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results show that competence has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, while training has no significant effect on employee performance, and career development has no significant effect on employee performance.
