Kepuasan kerja sebagai pemoderasi budaya organisasi dan motivasi dalam peningkatan kinerja asn Studi kasus pada direktorat penindakan dan penyidikan kantor pusat direktorat jenderal bea dan cukai



This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of state civil servants with job satisfaction as a moderating variable at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise's head office investigation and prosecution. Population of this study were employees at the Directorate of Enforcement and Investigation of the Head Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise which was divided into 5 sub-directorates with 183 people, the number of samples in this study amounted to 126 employees. Sampling technique used a probability sampling technique through the two-stage cluster random sampling method. The analytical method to answer the hypothesis uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) or Moderated Regression Analysis with SPSS version 22. The results show that organizational culture and motivation variables have a significant positive effect on performance and job satisfaction is not a moderator of organizational culture and motivation on ASN performance.
