This study aims to analyze the effect of work placement, transformational leadership and work environment on employee performance UBPP Logam Mulia. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 150 respondents. Data were analysed using SPSS version 26. The analytical tool used was hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The findings indicate that work placement significantly influence employees of UBPP of 9.681, leadership and work environment has no significant effect on employee performance. Then work placement, leadership and work environment together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of UBPP Logam Mulia with an f value of 87,897.
