This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy and company growth onfirm value. The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange in the 2014-2018 period. The sample selection method used is the purposive samplingmethod. The total sample in this study were 15 companies. Data processing in this study usesEviews 10. The results of this study indicate that only partial debt policy has a positive andsignificant effect on firm value, while dividend policy and company growth have a positive andnot significant effect on firm value. In addition, this research proves that dividend policy, debtpolicy, and company growth simultaneously influence the value of the company.
