Komparasi Kinerja Portfolio Optimal pada Dua Indeks Saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia



This research aims to evaluate and analyze the LQ45 and Kompas 100 index stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that form the optimal portfolio and examine the difference in portfolio risk and portfolio return between the two indixes through the Single Index Model approach. This study uses 16 samples of listed companies in the LQ45 index and the Kompas 100 index. Furthermore, there are seven company stocks that are the optimal portfolio in the LQ45 index, namely Adaro Energy Tbk., Bank Central Asia Tbk., Bank Nasional Indonesia Tbk., Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk., Gudang Garam Tbk., Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. and Unilever Indonesia Tbk. In Kompas 100 there are five companies that form an optimal portfolio, namely Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk., Bank Central Asia Tbk., Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk., Indo Farma Tbk. and Semen Baturaja Tbk. The largest portfolio return on the Kompas 100 index was 0.953%, while the LQ45 was 0.907%. The largest average portfolio risk on the LQ45 index was 0.336%, while on the Kompas 100 index was 0.151%. Different test results showed a significant difference from the LQ45 risk with Kompas 100. While the portfolio returns of the two indixes tended to be no difference.
