PEMBIMBING:Teuku Noerman_The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the relationship between some exogenous variables (Transactional and Transformational Leadership) to endogenous variables (Organizational Culture and Employee Performance) and present the theories of each research variable including result from previous research. Leadership is one of the decisive factors in organizational development. capable leaders will have an impact on organizational development, because the presence of leaders is necessary to define the organization's vision and goals, allocate and motivate resources to be more competent, and develop the ability of its followers to achieve the right direction. Organizational culture is seen as values to guide human resources in dealing with internal and external issues so that every member of the organization can know how to act or behave. Employee performance shows a person's ability to achieve job results. The research was conducted at PT Bank Mayapada CCPL Division, BMI and data retrieval technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents. The method of data analysis in this research is using descriptive analysis and the hypothesis testing using Path with AMOS software.
