PEMBIMBING:Selamet Riyadi_Purpose: analyze the effect of Statutory Reserve Requirement on Base Lending Rate (BLR), Statutory Reserve Requirement on LDR, the operational expense against operational income on the Prime Lending Rate, operational expense against operational income on LDR, BI rate on the Prime Lending Rate, BI rate on LDR, Prime Lending Rate on LDR, and to analyze the mediation effect of Prime Lending Rate on the relation of Statutory Reserve Requirement and LDR, the operational expense against operational income and LDR, BI rate and LDR. Design/Method: This study used quantitative research method. The data gathering technique was done by documentation method, in the form of financial report. The population of the study was all Conventional Commercial Banks from 2011 until 2016. The sample was taken by doing non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The sample of the study was specialized to the banks in BUKU 4 category which consisted of 4 banks including Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI, Bank Central Asia, and Bank Negara Indonesia that issued complete quarterly financial reports. Findings: GWM has positive significant effect on SDBK, and negative significant effect on LDR. BOPO does not have effect on SDBK and LDR. BI Rate has positive significant effect on SDBK and LDR. SBDK has positive significant effect on LDR. SBDK does not have contribution in mediationg GWM in affecting LDR. SDBK mediated the ratio of BOPO in affecting LDR. Then, SDBK does not mediate BI Rate in affecting LDR. Originality: The mediation effect of Prime Lending Rate becomes the originality of the study. Besides, similar studies have not been done on all Conventional Commercial Bank.
