Organizational culture, leader member exchange towards work engagement and employee performance : study at PT. Telkom-Makassar, Indonesia - Laporan Hasil Penelitian
Abstract : Purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of organizational culture and leader member exchange towards work engagement and employee performance at telecommunication company (Telkom) in Makassar, province of South Sulawesi. This research is explanatory research with survey method. Population in this research are 158 people. Research sample (n = 93) people consist of manager, assistant manager and regular employee. Instrument of data collection is questionnaire and interview. The researcher use quantitative analysis by Partial Least Square method (PLS). Result of the research finds : (1) organizational culture has significant impact towards work engagement. (2) organizational culture has significant impact towards employee performance (3) LMX do not impact significant towards work engagement. (4) LMX do not impact significant towards employee performance. (5) work engagement do not impact significant towards employee performance.
