This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance as measured by return on assets (ROA), earnings per share (EPS) and economic value added (EVA) to share decision-making in this case the stock returns in the period 2006 to 2009. The purpose of this study was to prove empirically whether financial performance consists ROA, EPS and EVA or simultaneous partial effect on stock returns and perform analysis on the results achieved. The population in this study is a company incorporated in the LQ-45 index with the time period 2006 to 2009, and samples taken by purposive sampling. The number of samples of this study amounted to 22 issuers. Analytical model used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data were processed using Statistic Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 17. These results indicate that simultaneous independent variables ROA, EPS and EVA significantly affect stock returns in the sample firms the period 2006 to 2009. EVA variables only partially a significant effect on
