Tight competition is typical in the era of globalization. In order to survive, the company is required 10 keep the level of liquidity and profitability, This study aimed to determine the impact offinancial ratios, such as current ratio, cash gap, total asset turnover, and debt ratio to profitability level. Ihe samples were 14 companies that are always incorporated into the LQ-45 index over 8 times issues during February 2008 to January 2012, and data to be analyzed is the data as of 31 December. The data are processed and analyzed using panel data regression analysis method and the hypothesis was tested based on t-test, F- test, and coefficient determination. Output of this research is teaching materials and  paper in scientific journal. (VM)
