Analisis hubungan layanan internet banking dengan kepuasan nasabah PT. Bank Internasional Indonesia (BII) cabang MH. Thamrin Jakarta - Laporan Kemajuan - Penelitian Kecil



This study aims to determine the relationship of internet banking services with customer satisfication. PT Bank International Indonesia (BII) MH Nranch Thamrin Jakarta. The method used in this research is survey method using questionnaries. The test results of correlation analysis suggest that there are very strong relationship between intenrnet banking service with customer satisfication on PT. Bank International Indonesia (BII) MH Branch Thamrin Jakarta.
