To analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty in CIMB Cliks CIMB Niaga Tbk PT Bank CIMB Niaga branches Graha Sudirman Jakarta. The research methods using associative with 50 samples of respondents with a regression analysis and correlation test hipotesis.
