This research purpose to analyze how to influence credit interest rate and third party funds to credit investment on the commercial bank as the partially or simultaneously. Data used from secondary data which is credit investment on the commercial bank, credit interest rate and third party funds that monthly published by Bank Indonesia. The results is, as partial the credit interest rate has the negative influence to credit invesment from commercial bank. The third party funds have the positife influence to credit invesment an the commercial bank. As the simultaneously. Credit interest rat and third party funds hav significant influence to credit invesment on commercial bank. The contribution of credit interest rate and third party funds to credit invesment on commercial bank is 39.2 percent
