Cashless trend has drives an increasing number of peoplenthat use credit card to facilitate their transaction. Like another credit, credit card faced a default risk. This study investigates the factor influencing the credit card default in Indonesia. A survey of 100 Indonesian credit card customers on 2008 serves as the basis of analysis. The result of logit Model Regression analysis found that interest rate of credit card has negatively inpact on credit card default. We also find that customer income has a positive impact on credit card default. Both of factors are statistically significant on credit card default. This finding indicate that, there is a relationship between customer perceptions and the influencing factors.
