Analisis Preferensi Gen Y dengan Kepemilikan Imani dapat Meningkatkan Customer Engagement



Background: The spiritual values are the values that should be instilled by every
human being, especially for this research is Generation Y, not only them as the
manager of the organization, but also as customers both internally and externally.
These spiritual values shall be maintained and it is the responsibility of each
individual. This study aims to determine whether the Generation Y conducted a series
of spiritual processes in having goods and services. By having spi ritual values, it is
expected that Generation Y can improve customer engagement.
Research Methods: This study used a library research; which has the objective to dig
deeper previous research relating to the spiritual ownership of Generation Y on the
involvement of the consumer.
Result: The aim of this study is to establish a theoretical framework that can
ultimately be expressed into a research model that can be continued to further
research
