Analisis Pengaruh Layanan ATM Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah PT. Bank Bukopin



Along with the development of increasingly advanced information technology, followed by community needs in order to achieve satisfaction. This encourages the banking efforts in meeting the needs of the community, especially in terms of service, as it gives a great influence on the level of community satisfaction. This research, discusses the satisfaction of people who become customers of a bank for the use of banking products based e-banking is an ATM service, in addition this study also discusses the features of ATM services are the most frequently used. This research uses a descriptive analysis method of collecting primary data through a questionnaire with Likert-scale model, a questionnaire delivered to the customer's ATM users by sampling as many as 50 people. Before the results of questionnaires in the analysis, carried out a test validatif and reliabilitif with the aim of giving a statement that the issues be submitted is valid and reliable. From the results of the analysis conclude that the use of ATM may give satisfaction to banking customers, especially in terms of service, assurance, understanding the company needed and the conditions, besides that it is known that ATM services are most often used is cash withdrawals and transfers.
