"The aim of this research is to construct balanced scorecard design towards company performance measurement. After completing the design then it will be implemented to measure company performance thus the result can be acquired. By using balanced scorecard, both inhibited and supportive factors toward company performance can be acknowledged, thus feedback can be given to company.
All the data was gathered as per key performance indicator from each perspective. It was gathered though interviews, questionnaire, and company data. Performance measurement tools were used for data processing, paired comparison method was used for weighting, balance scorecard was used for performance measurement.
Overall performance of PT. X can be considered as good. However. Some key performance indicators results are not satisfying. These unsatisfying results were performance inhibited factors. For PT. X, key performance indicators in service process and employee capabilities are performance inhibited factors. Thus, internal business process and employee perspective in this company is still weak, and needs to be Improved."
