Analisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Struktur Organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja PT. Surya Semesta Internusa, Tbk.



Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan, struktur organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hipotesis yang diusulkan: kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan kepada kinerja perusahaan, struktur organisasi berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan kepada kinerja perusahaan. Dalam pengujiannya, metode yang digunakan adalah structural equation model (SEM) dengan software SPSS AMOS 19. Hasil penelitian telah membuktikan bahwa pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan ditunjukan dengan hasil CR sebesar 4.302 disusul variabel kepemimpinan sebesar 2.909 dan variabel struktur organisasi sebesar 2.860. pada variabel kepemimpinan, struktur organisasi dan budaya organisasi, loading factor terbesar adalah indicator telling (40.10%, orientasi karir (29.10%) dan konsistensi (50.90%). Dari hasil penelitian ini ada saran kepada manajerial adalah dengan adanya kemampuan pemimpin untuk mengarahkan, adanya kesempatan karyawan berprestasi untuk meningkatkan karirnya dan budaya perusahaan yang tepat diterapkan secara terus menerus dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan sesuai dengan visi dan misinya.

This study purpose to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational structure and organizational culture on company performance. The hypothesis are proposed: leadership effect significantly on the performance of the company, the organization structure effect significantly on the performance of the company and culture organization effect significantly on the performance of the company. In the analyze, the method used is a structural equation model (SEM) by AMOS software SPSS 19. Result of studies have shown that the influence of organizational culture on the performance is very significant and give positive effect to the company’s performance is shown by the result of the CR for 4,302 and followed variabel is leadership with CR 2,909 and the last one is variable structure of the organization with CR 2860. In the leadership, organizational structure and organizational culture’s variable, the biggest loading factors of the indicator are telling (40.10%, carir orientation (29.10%) and consistency (50.90%). From the results of this study there are some managerial advice to the presence of the leader’s ability of direct, the opportunity of high performing employees to improve his/hercareer and the right company culture applied continuously to improve the performance of the company in accordance with its vision and mission.
