ABSTRACT

The Technology Industry is growing rapidly, so that it has a major impact on economic activities in today's modern era which leads to the digitization process. The Flip.Id application comes by combining digitization technology with finance which has the main function, providing free admin fees for all users. This study aims to determine and analyze the quality of Accounting Information Systems on the Perception of the Use of Flip.Id Applications in Millennials using methods introduced by DeLone and McLean. This research are using quantitative methods. The population in this study is millennial users who have or are currently using Flip.Id application. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the number of samples taken was 119 users. Data collection using primary data using questionnaires and the calculation method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the help of the SmartPLS application. The results showed that system quality, information quality, and service quality had a positive and significant effect on usage. In the relationship of moderation (intervening) variables, system quality, information quality, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction through use. And, usage variables have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction.
