Empirical Study of Valuation Components. A Case Study of Companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange



Abstract
Elements or components in company valuation have been widely studied. Free cash flow, cost of debt, cost of equity, weighted average cost of capital are important components in company or equity valuation. This article tries to see to what extent the relationship between components affects the valuation of the company. By taking a case study of 21TbK companies, this research produces several important findings to see the importance of valuation of these TbK companies. The study found that Terminal Free Cash Flow and Equity are the variables that most influence Value per Share.
