Pengaruh Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Penggunaan E-Wallet Linkaja Syariah Melalui Pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (Tam)

Pembimbing : Muhammad Iqbal-- This study aims to analyze public perceptions of the use of LinkAja Syariah through
the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The sampling method used
Purposive Sampling with the criteria of still using the LinkAja Syariah e-wallet
within the last month so as to obtain 106 respondents spread across Indonesia. The
data used is primary data, namely the data from the questionnaire. Data analysis
techniques through SEM-PLS analysis using smartPLS 4. Based on the use of the
TAM theory that has been developed, the results show that someone decides to use
the LinkAja Syariah e-wallet because of their perceptions of ease of use, usefulness,
and security but not trust. People's perceptions in influencing decisions to continue

using are influenced by a person's attitude and intention in the LinkAja Syariah e-
wallet. The findings provide theoretical implications for strengthening TAM in the

digital payment sector and more specifically in the case of sharia e-wallets. Apart
from that, the findings also have practical implications for e-wallet development to
focus more on prioritizing perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and
perceived security in order to reach new users. The novelty of this research reveals
that TAM can be implemented to explain the decision to use e-wallets and can also
be developed further to get a more detailed and accurate explanation of the decision
to use technology.
