Pembimbing : Annathasia P. Erasashanti-- The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of digital transformation,
service quality, and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance with tax socialization
as a moderation variable. This study uses primary data obtained through the
distribution of questionnaires that distributed to taxpayer in Bekasi City. The
research sample was selected using purposive sampling method, so as to get a
sample of 100 responden. The analysis technique used in this research is
Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The
result of this research are digital transformation has a significant effect on
taxpayer compliance, service quality and tax sanctions hasn
