Pembimbing;Leo Agung--PT MTI or known by the trade name Yokke is a subsidiary of the Company which is
engaged in the acquiring aggregator business, with the meaning of being a service that
provides payment facilities from various banks (Issuer). Currently, Bank Mandiri is
collaborating with PT MTI in the acquiring business, especially for acquisition activities,
technical issues, Development and merchant complaint handling. In developing the payment
system PT MTI uses an EDC machine. In working on this project, problems often occur when
the EDC that will be used is damaged. The system that is currently running is that Developers
communicate with technicians using email or WhatsApp. It often happens that damaged EDCs
are not immediately handled by the technician team, so it can slow down the progress of a
project. If a project is very urgent, the solution from the technician team is to replace the EDC
device with a new one. Because the EDC is new, the Developer needs time to set up the EDC.
Therefore, we need a Helpdesk Information System that can facilitate communication between
Developers and Technicians. The Developer will create a ticket related to EDC problems and
then the technician will work on the ticket within the specified timeperiod according to the
Ticket Priority. This research was carried out using the Waterfall SDLC (System Development
Life Cycle) methodology, with a system design using (Unified Modelling Language) which was
described with the Power Designer Application.
