Pembimbing: Nazmel Nazir-- The purpose of this study was to determine whether the financial reward factor,
professional training, professional recognition, social values, work environment,
labor market considerations, personality, GPA and gender of influence career
choice as an accountant. This research is included in the type of quantitative
research with purposive sampling method. The sample used in this study was 121
respondents from the student that majoring in accounting faculty of ABFI Institute
Perbanas, Trisakti University, Trisakti School Management, Sutomo University and
Muhammadiyah University of Malang. Data analysis methods were carried out
using the help of the SPSS 25 program (Statistical Package for Social Science. The
analytical tool used in the research is One Way ANOVA. The conclusion that can
be obtained from this study is the financial reward, work environment and GPA
significant effect on influencing the career choice as an accountant. For the
variable professional training, professional recognition, social values, labor
market considerations, personality and gender no significant effect on influencing
the career choice as an accountant.
