ABSTRACT

The research objectives are (a) knowing the readiness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Digitalization in dealing with Post-Covid 19 Pandemic conditions. (b) Carrying out innovation so that MSMEs are able to maintain their business after the Covid-19 Pandemic and understand the use of technology. This study uses a literature study method which includes indepth content analysis, identifying problems by reviewing previous research from national journals, international journals, and books that are relevant to the research topic. The increase in E-Commerce transactions during the 2020 pandemic began to decline when the PPKM government policy was discontinued, so that MSME players began to focus on selling conventionally again. Conclusion from research on Passive Technology Digitalization of MSME: the unpreparedness of MSME actors, especially in inadequate knowledge, causing it to not be fully ready to go digital as a whole. Devices owned by MSME actors are in the form of Smartphones or PCs/Laptops that already have an internet network, but not all of them empower technology systems to market products digitally. The Post-Covid 19 MSME innovations include the following: implementing technology-based systems and new work processes, business operational efficiency, creating supply chain resilience, improving service quality, conducting business technology learning, understanding social media use, participating in the marketplace.
