The Effect Of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, And Total Asset Turnover On Return On Assets (Empirical Study On Pharmaceutical Companies Listed In Indonesian Stock Exchange For The Period 2018-2020)



The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turn Over on Return on Assets. The sample used in this research is the pharmaceutical companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The data used in this research is secondary data collection method using documentation techniques through financial statements obtained from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and each company’s website during the period 2018-2020. The analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression. The results of the study which used Fixed Effect Model found that Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turn Over partially has no effect on Return on Assets, while Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turn Over simultaneously have an effect on Return on Assets
