The Influence Of Commitment, Self-Efficacy And Stress Level On Student’S Academic Achievement (Study On Seventh Semester Management Student Of Perbanas Institute Jakarta In 2021)



One indicator of a country's progress is the quality of human resources who have good competence. To produce human resources with good competence, the state is obliged to continue to encourage and improve human resources, one way is by improving the quality of education in Perbanas Institute Jakarta. In this research, researchers had the opportunity to conduct research on Perbanas Institute Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of commitment, self-efficacy and stress level on student’s academic achievement on seventh semester management student of Perbanas Institute Jakarta in 2021. This type of research is quantitative. Population in this research is seventh semester management student of Perbanas Institute Jakarta in 2021. The data were collected using simple random sampling which was distributed to 61 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and library data. The method used is multiple linear regression, with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that commitment, self-efficacy and stress level affect simultaneously and significantly to student’s academic achievement as indicated by the level of significance F
