ABSTRACT
This paper is aimed to understand the job performance of Health Care Assistants (HCA) workers of Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia in the pandemic period of COVID-19. The study was conducted by applying qualitative approach. The data were collected from HCA workers by delivering online questionnaire. Descriptive analysis of the data exposes a very high score of job performance in general. The counterproductive behavior is found lagging behind the other three aspects of job performance, namely task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. The study reveals a systemic-holistic nature of relationships among the four aspects of job performance. This information give insights to investigate in more detail of the holistic relationships of the four aspect of job performance in order to get a more solid understanding of the concept and to provide propper policies in managing job performance.
