Telecommunications Service User Behavior During the Covid-19 Pandemic
The pandemic condition encourages people to find ways to stay social without having to worry about contracting the virus. One of them is by using a communication service provider communication. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision of Telkomsel simcard users. For this reason, an analysis of the price factor, product quality and brand image was carried out, totaling 100 people. The results prove that both partially and simultaneously, price, product quality and the brand image of the Telkomsel simcard have an influence on the decision to use the Telkomsel simcard in the Greater Jabodetabek area.
