Strategi Pemanfaatan Technology Acceptance Model Layanan Telehealth Halodoc dengan Task Technology Fit Sebagai Variabel Moderator
Pembimbing: Steph Subanidja -- The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic at the end of 2019 made changes in almostall sectors of life. The uncontrolled spread of the virus has caused fear in society to visitdoctors, hospitals, and other health facilities. This condition makes the presence of theHalodoc mobile application, which provides online consultation services, be an answerto the public's anxiety to keep getting services from medical personnel without having tomeet face to face. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is one model that can be used toanalyze the factors that influence the acceptance of new technology. This study aims toanalyze the relationship between variables that affect Use Behavior related to theadoption of Telehealth Halodoc services in the Jabodetabek society. This study uses aquantitative approach with the causality research method which is a research design toexamine the causal relationship between variables. In this study, there is a moderatorvariable, namely Task Technology Fit. The data used in this study is data obtained froma questionnaire containing questions related to the variables used in the study using theproportional stratified random sampling technique. The results showed that allindependent variables: Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Ease of Use, and TaskTechnology Fit had a positive and significant effect on Use Behavior. However, themoderator variable Task Technology Fit weakens Performance Expectancy and SocialInfluence on some respondents. The results obtained in this study are following the theorywhich describes that new technology can be accepted and used properly if it is followinguser needs, is easy to use, and has useful value for completing a job. However, it shouldstill be necessary to develop and add application features and improve application designto make it more user-friendly.
