This research aims to analyze the effect of workload, work life balance and time demands of work of the employee performance at Dinas Line Maintenance PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk. The research method used is quantitative method. The sampling method uses probability sampling and the sampling technique is simple random sampling with a total sample of 92 employees from a total population of 1135 employees. The data source was obtained from the results of the questionnaire and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS for window version 25 statistical. The Result show that (1) Workload has a positive to employee performance, with a regression test value of 0,521 and a level of significant of 0,000 or > 0,1; (2) Work Life Balance has a negative to employee performance, with a regression test value of 0,124 and a level of significant of 0,125 or > 0,1; (3) Time Demands of Work has a negative to employee performance, with a regression test value of 0,037 and a level of significant of 0,285 or > 0,1; (4) Workload, Work Life Balance and Time Demands of Work influence employee performance, with a regression test value of 1,612 and a level of significant of 0,000 or < 0,1.
