Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pembelian Kartu Perdana Di Wilayah Jabodetabek Selama Pandemi
The pandemic conditions that hit Indonesia in early 2020 changed people's lifestyles. Minimization of access to face-to-face makes the existence of technology play an important role in overcoming communication constraints. Therefore, the existence of the internet network is important. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, price and product quality partially and simultaneously on the purchase decision of Telkomsel Starter Pack in Jabodetabek. This research uses quantitative research methods. The number of samples used was 100 respondents from Jabodetabek. Hypothesis testing using the SPSS 24.00 analysis tool. The results showed that the brand image had a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy Telkomsel starter packs where the calculation > ttabel or 2.637 > 1.98447 so that H1 was accepted. In hypothesis two, the price has a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of Telkomsel starter packs where the calculation > t table or 2.280 > 1.98447. In hypothesis three, it is proven that product quality has a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of Telkomsel starter packs where t count > t table or 2.722 > 1.98447.
