Profesioal lecturers are educators who have an obligation (Tridarma) to be achieved in each semester. The faculty performance is very critically important in the progress of a college, because it needs to be improved and monitored. Task Tridarma lecturers in universities must be monitored either by professors or faculty that shelter so that its performance targets can be achieved. The study used the action research method, which aims to find an effective way that produces a deliberate change in an environment that is partially controlled (controlled) and conducted at the Faculty of Information Technology, Perbanas Institute. By The dashboard monitoring, can facilitate in monitoring the achievement of the performance with an attractive appearance.
