Analisis kompetensi, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karir dalam kinerja karyawan RSAB harapan kita



This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, training, and career development on employee performance at RSAB Harapan Kita. The method used in this study used a random questionnaire to employees at RSAB Harapan Kita. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results show that competence has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, while training has no significant effect on employee performance, and career development has no significant effect on employee performance. However, jointly competence, training, and career development affect employee performance
