Undergraduate student at a college is one important part of higher education in Indonesia. Most of undergraduate students are those who have recently graduated from both high school secondary education or vocational. Changes from secondary education to higher education often makes a student less able to adapt to the new environment with a different education system than ever before. Not all students can complete their studies smoothly and get a pretty good GPA. Many problems could be faced by a student in his journey through higher education, there are family problems, financial, earning, and so on so that it becomes one of the causes inhibiting even frustrate them in completing their studies. By developing an information system that can help monitor the performance of students from the early entrance to the pass, it is expected that the various problems faced by students may soon be known then steps can be taken to overcome these problems. Thus the problem can be quickly resolved and a student study does not need to be disturbed, which in turn can inhibit graduation.
