Analisis dampak brand loyalty, store loyalty, dan public complaint terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Studi kasus mahasiswa ABFII Perbanas pemakai produk sepatu adidas) - Usulan Penelitian - Penelitian Kecil



This study aims to determine whether there is influence of Brand Loyalty, Store loyalty, and Public Complaint against customer satisfaction student of ABFII Perbanas users Adidas shoes. Variables used in this study is the brand loyalty, store loyalty, and public complaint and consumer satisfaction. Variable brand loyalty, store loyalty, and public complaint in this study is independent variables (independent variables) and is denoted as the variable X, while the variable of consumer satisfaction is the dependent variable (Dependent variable) and is denoted by the variable Y. The data used in this study is the primary data collected using a questionnaire study with a Likert scale. The population in this study were all students of ABFII Perbanas which uses Adidas shoes of an unknown number. While the sample in this study were 50 students of ABFII Perbanas which uses Adidas shoes. Samples are investigated taken using convenience sampling method. The device analyzes the data used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis and Pearson correlation analysis. Key words: Brand Loyalty, Store Loyalty, Public Complaint, Customers Satisfaction.
