Penelitian Kecil ; Kontrak Nomor : 003/KP/P3M/XI/2010 ; The purpose of this research analyzed the output of partial and simultaneous variables which are government expenditure, foreign exchange reserves, and money multipliers against to money supply (M2) in Indonesia. Data of the research are used government expenditure, foreign exchange reserves, and money multipliers against to money supply (M2) in period January 2005 to December 2008. The result of partial test shows the government expenditure, foreign exchange reserves and money multiplier are influence each other with positive significant to money supply (M2). The result of simultaneous test shows the all independent variables influences significant to money suplly (M2) in Indonesia.
